Our roaster is Doppio coffee warehouse in Shoreditch ,their motto is ‘We love what we do & believe in simplicity ‘
Ness and her chef friends developed the menu to reflect the values and the diversity of our and the trafalgar ‘s long lasting background . Ness and her chef friends draws inspiration from their previous experiences working from different types of restaurants , Japanese ,Korean ,British .
