• The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of HSBC credit cards issued in Singapore. Cardholders must settle payment with their HSBC credit card in order to enjoy the Promotion. A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC USD card, HSBC Corporate card, and HSBC Debit card) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder and whose credit card account is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the promotion (“Promotion”).
• The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/hsbcstaycay
• To book on app, click the button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid HSBC Card details.
• This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the "Promo Eligible" banner on the search results page.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
• The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
• The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and HSBC Singapore.
• In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC & Agoda shall be final.
