Nick’s latest projects were Kiln, situated in buzzing Seminyak Bali, Oxwell & Co, an English gastro-pub that became an institution on the famed Ann Siang Hill in Singapore, and his school of hard-knocks, Tippling Club, where Nick learnt most of his culinary understanding from renowned chef, Ryan Clift. Nick and his team aim to bring to Malaysia a unique dining experience, where the traditional, premium, cultural elements of dining are again, re-defined.
