• Healthcare package discounts are provided by Global Health and Travel.
• To avail the discount on the healthcare package, purchases and/or bookings must be made through Global Health and Travel, using an eligible Mastercard card for payment.
• Redemption period of healthcare packages may vary based on individual healthcare package terms.
• For healthcare packages purchased and paid for online through the Global Health and Travel website, Mastercard cardholders will be charged the discounted price.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment requested date.
• No refund will be provided with cancellations of healthcare packages purchased through Global Health and Travel.
• Global Health and Travel reserves the right to remove, amend or exchange any of the participating healthcare centers during the Promotion Period by giving 30 days’ prior written notice.
• The discounts and the healthcare packages from the participating healthcare centers are applicable to inbound and domestic Mastercard cardholders, where applicable.
