As visitors to Kuala Lumpur for over 15 years and with my familywe been fortunate to experience both the famous Malaysian hospitality and also some of the finest hotels Kuala Lumpur possesses. I have always loved my time on the Tripadvisor Platform and interacting with folk from around the world with questions on Hotels and KL in general. We as a family are passionate about Hotel Istana and have never been less than amazingly impressed on each of our stays here and making the choice to make this our home away from home after being regulars at another five star hotel nearby is something we are so glad we did. First the staff, each and every associate here is a true professional and hands on with both efficiency and kindness. To see the regulars we have been the beneficiaries of great service from for some time and also new faces that just add to the package that is Hotel Istana.
